Love MemoriX ("the Service", "we") is provided by Bakuvi Solutions. By registering for or using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
Love MemoriX lets users build a multi-stage interactive "memory game" for someone they love, made up of photos, a song, videos, questions and personal messages. The finished project is shared via a unique link (and, optionally, a password).
Using the Service may involve paying for a project (a one-time payment or from your wallet balance) and ordering physical card decks.
You must provide a valid email address to register and are responsible for keeping your password secure. All activity under your account is treated as your own.
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent.
The photos, song, videos and text you upload to your project ("Content") remain yours. By uploading it, you grant us only the technical licence needed to store it and run your project — ownership stays with you.
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights (especially copyright for music and images) to the Content you upload, or that you have permission to use it. You are fully responsible for any Content that infringes a third party's rights (see also: the Copyright page).
Uploading unlawful content, hate speech, incitement to violence, or content that infringes others' rights is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content without prior notice.
You can pay for a project by topping up your wallet balance, or directly by card (via Bakuvi Solutions' central payment hub and e-Point). Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Once a project has been published (activated), payments are non-refundable except in cases of a technical error. For physical card decks, the initial payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed, and the shipping fee is non-refundable once shipping has started — exceptions may be granted at admin discretion after contacting support.
Funds added to your wallet balance may only be used within the Service and are not redeemable for cash.
You may not use the Service for spam, automated abuse (bots), unauthorised access to another person's account, distributing malicious code, or any activity that disrupts the Service's normal operation. Accounts found doing so may be blocked without prior warning.
We may restrict or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may also request account deletion at any time (Dashboard → Profile → Delete account, or by contacting support).
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
