The Love MemoriX name, logo, design, stage concepts, source code and the full stock media library belong to Bakuvi Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property law. Copying, redistributing or commercially using them without our written permission is prohibited.
You retain the copyright to any photos, videos, songs and text you upload to your project. The only right you grant us is a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it so your project works through the link you share. We never use your Content for any other purpose (such as advertising) without your consent.
When you upload a song, image or video to your project (including pasting a YouTube link in the "Our Frequency" stage), YOU alone are confirming that you hold the rights to it, or that it is freely licensed for this use.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of third parties and are not directly liable for infringing content uploaded by users — but we review and remove such content upon receiving a substantiated notice (see below).
If you believe a project on the Service contains content that infringes your copyright, write to info@bakuvisolutions.az with: (1) a description of the work you believe was infringed, (2) where the disputed content is located (a link, if possible), (3) your contact details, and (4) a brief statement confirming you are the rights holder.
We review each notice within 5 business days and remove the content from the Service if the claim is substantiated.
"Love MemoriX" and "Bakuvi Solutions", along with their logos, are trademarks. Using them for any product, service or domain name without our written permission is prohibited.
